What Happens

during a colour breathing treatment?

Participants will be seated comfortably, each with a specially designed flipchart (easel) of colour disks

The colour breathing practitioner will demonstrate the breathing technique to the group or individual.

The session will begin with soothing music being played in the background.

The practitioner will then guide you through the colour disks in sequence while you participate by turning the colours on the flipchart (easel) in front of you when required.

You will also be asked at various stages through the session to use the breathing technique as demonstrated to help you relax.

At the end of the session you will feel relaxed and refreshed.
